Fine Pulverizers

The finished powder needs to be packed in small consumer packs or big export packing bulk bags. The bagging system enables to pack the product into bulk bags of 10 kgs, 25 kgs, 50 kgs and 100 kgs.

The bagging system consists of a suitable conveyor for loading into the weighing hopper. The weighing hopper would be mounted on load cell for weighing into required size and the discharge end consists of a bag clamping arrangement and a discharge valve. The batch would be transferred onto the belt conveyor with mounted bags stitching system at suitable height for a continuous stitching operation.
